Mike has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. Beginning with Farmers Insurance Group and becoming a District Manager in the northern Illinois region. Mike developed Nonprofits' Insurance Agency in 1993, along with the Minnesota Nonprofit Employers Workers' Compensation Fund in 1995. Licenses: Minnesota Property & Casualty (1979), Minnesota Life & Health (1979), Wisconsin Property & Casualty (1980)

Wayne graduated with a degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls in 2004. Joining NPIA Full Time in 2002, he manages the daily office operations, and produces/establishes new and existing client relationships. Wayne has earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation through the National Alliance for Insurance Research & Education. Licenses: Minnesota Property & Casualty (2002), Minnesota Life & Health (2004), Iowa Property & Casualty (2005)

Jane joined NPIA in the summer of 2011 as an assistant of daily operations and customer service representative working with customers on their daily needs. NPIA is very pleased to have such a dedicated person assist in the fundamental development of the Nonprofit Insurance Trust.
